Many times, an entrepreneur does not start his career by opening his own business. For many, the path to entrepreneurial life begins with corporate jobs that help strengthen their strategy and operations skills. Saul Sutton, founder of LetsScale a Christian management consulting firm, started his path to owning his business exactly like this. His career path has taken him from corporate leadership working at Amazon to help scale its delivery services in the United States since its inception.
At Amazon, Saul focused on developing his IT talent and strengthening teams to help establish the company’s successful delivery model. Realizing that he had a real talent and eye to help successfully solve some of the biggest challenges companies face, Saul embarked on his own entrepreneurial journey. Through his work, Saul realized that one of the biggest areas of growth opportunity for companies of all sizes was helping develop executive leaders to better align with their missions, initiatives, and goals.
Most importantly, Saul and his team’s commitment to producing real results has forged trusting relationships helping businesses grow exponentially. He founded LetsScale a Christian consulting company with a vision and mission to improve society by bringing positive influence to the culture at large. This is why 10% of all our business profits go to locate and international charities as well as churches.
One of the main reasons Saul has been able to run LetsScale so successfully is his own experience helping companies scale and refine their goals; the second reason is his network of professional acquaintances of him. Over the years, Saul has had the opportunity to connect with people at all levels in different industries. These connections have presented the opportunity for conversations that have allowed Saul to strategize through an innovative lens.
